Are you an experienced and ambitious Conveyancer looking for an opportunity to take ownership of your own caseload and grow with a dynamic, forward-thinking firm? My client is a small, fast-growing law practice in Reading, offering an exciting opportunity for a qualified Conveyancer to join its team.

You will have the chance to take on a caseload and enjoy a high level of autonomy while contributing to the firm's growth and long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
  • Provide high-quality advice and service to clients, maintaining excellent client relationships
  • Handle transactions independently, with full responsibility for progressing cases and meeting deadlines
  • Work closely with the team to support business development and firm growth
  • Take advantage of the opportunity to shape the firm’s future and be part of the succession planning process

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A qualified Conveyancer with a minimum of 2+ years PQE in residential conveyancing
  • Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process and legal requirements
  • Ability to work independently, manage a busy caseload, and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • A proactive, motivated attitude with a passion for developing your career and growing within the firm
