The role will deliver an effective catering service with a dynamic approach to continually strive to improve the catering with new initiatives and menu ideas and distilling an enthusiasm for cooking and eating well in others.Experience /Qualifications:
  • Relevant knowledge of regulations and standards for the catering environment.
  • Key aspects of Health and Safety legislation.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working with special diets and allergens
  • A passion for creating healthy home cooked foods with experience of cooking with a wide range of ingredients.
