We're looking for someone with strong attention to detail and a natural flair for data to support the smooth delivery of our annual training and compliance programme. Working afternoons across four days per week, you'll play a key role in managing and cleansing training data, supporting system processes, and liaising with HR and compliance teams.

What you'll be doing:

  • Maintain and clean training enrolment data
  • Generate and interpret reports to support compliance initiatives
  • Liaise with HR and system teams to ensure accurate and consistent processes
  • Identify and flag any issues or gaps in data tracking
  • Support project delivery ahead of a major training roll out in September

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience working with data - confident pulling, reviewing, and reporting
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Able to work independently while collaborating with stakeholders across teams
  • Comfortable learning new systems and suggesting improvements
  • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS (Human Resource Information System) - desirable but not essential
  • Personable, inclusive, and solutions-focused
