The Role:

As a Field Coffee Technician, youll play a key role in ensuring customers enjoy uninterrupted access to premium coffee experiences. This is a van-based role with travel across Southern England. Generally, you will have approx. three appointments per day servicing machines.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Servicingcoffee machines, water dispensers, and other related appliances from the companys portfolio.
  • Providing top-tier customer service and technical support to a wide range of clients.
  • Collaborating with a dynamic team that values innovation and continuous improvement.

Desired Skills and Training:

While prior experience is advantageous, we value a can-do attitude and common sense.

We are particularly interested in candidates with:

  • Electrical competency training.
  • Asbestos Awareness Training.
  • DBS registration.
  • Plumbing skills to a WRAS installer standard (or similar).

Note: For the right candidate, we are happy to provide training and support to develop these competencies.
