This rapidly growing care business is looking for a competent credit controller to join the team. In this role you will be working on a hybrid basis with 2/3 days being in the office, and the remaining days at home. The ideal candidate would have some sort of care collection/medical/funeral collection experience.Some of your responsibilities in this role will include:

  • Evaluating Creditworthiness: Assessing the creditworthiness of potential clients and setting up appropriate credit terms.
  • Managing Accounts: Ensuring timely payment of debts by managing accounts receivable and maintaining contact with clients to clarify invoices.
  • Handling Disputes: Resolving payment disputes and negotiating repayment plans when necessary.
  • Tracking Overdue Accounts: Monitoring overdue accounts and implementing recovery procedures for debts.
  • Generating Reports: Creating financial statements and reports detailing the status of accounts receivable.
  • Processing Payments: Handling payments and refunds, and reconciling financial discrepancies.
  • Policy Implementation: Ensuring that credit and collection policies and procedures are followed within the team.
  • Communication: Maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
