About the Role:The school’s ethos, "Connect Before Content," prioritises building meaningful relationships with pupils as the foundation for academic and emotional success. You will support students aged 4-18 who face a range of challenges, including ADHD, ADD, extreme anxiety, and complex social and emotional needs.

Your role will involve:

  • Building trust and rapport with students to support their emotional regulation and academic progress.
  • Using restorative approaches to help students overcome barriers to learning and develop positive behaviours.
  • Working in small classrooms of 4-12 students, tailoring support to their individual needs.
  • Supporting students with personal challenges, including low stress tolerance and severe anxiety.
  • Helping children re-integrate into education and the wider community.
