We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our client's established team to act as a first point of contact for customers and support advisors with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Be the first person customers connect with when they reach out by phone, email, or online chat
- Listen carefully to what customers need and help them get in touch with the right person in the company who can best assist them
- Take care of booking and organising meetings
- Make sure all the important details from your conversations with customers are recorded on the CRM system and shared with the advisor who will be working with them
- Follow up with customers after they've received help to see how happy they were with the service and get their feedback
- Build good working relationships with the advisors so you can help them support customers effectively
- Always make sure to follow industry guidelines and regulations
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar customer service position
- Confident communicator with a polite telephone manner
- Proactive with the ability to multitask
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Organised and efficient

Salary: Up to £28,000 DOE
Location: Bracknell
Contract: Permanent, full-time, hybrid working
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week
