We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our client's established team to act as a first point of contact for customers and support advisors with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the first person customers connect with when they reach out by phone, email, or online chat
  • Listen carefully to what customers need and help them get in touch with the right person in the company who can best assist them
  • Take care of booking and organising meetings
  • Make sure all the important details from your conversations with customers are recorded on the CRM system and shared with the advisor who will be working with them
  • Follow up with customers after they've received help to see how happy they were with the service and get their feedback
  • Build good working relationships with the advisors so you can help them support customers effectively
  • Always make sure to follow industry guidelines and regulations

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in a similar customer service position
  • Confident communicator with a polite telephone manner
  • Proactive with the ability to multitask
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Organised and efficient

Details:

Title: Customer Service Executive

Salary: Up to £28,000 DOE

Location: Bracknell

Contract: Permanent, full-time, hybrid working

Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week
