Hourly Rate: £14.13
Contract Length: 3 to 6 months
Working Hours: Full-time, office-based, Monday to Friday with shifts from 08:00 to 16:00 and 09:00 to 17:00
About the Role: We are seeking a versatile and customer-focused Work Planner to join our Maintenance Team. As part of an operational team, you will ensure efficient and effective service delivery, providing excellent customer care and front-line service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administration and customer service support in a busy Maintenance Office
- Handle repair enquiries and process work requests from Council tenants and internal customers
- Update and maintain database records
- Produce documents and standard letters
- Process work tickets for the in-house Housing Repairs and Maintenance Service
- Provide technical administration support for all areas of the team
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent administrative and organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a challenging environment
