- Deliver world class customer service over email and telephone to both internal and external customers
- Processing customer orders on the internal database and keep customers updated along the way
- Acting as first point of contact for any queries and transferring calls to the correct department
- General administration including but not limited to data entry, filing, counting incoming mail etc
- Previous call handling experience is desirable
- Previous office experience is essential
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Proficient with Microsoft packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
- Highly organised
