- Efficient and timely processing of orders received via email.
- Professionally manage customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations via phone and email, investigating issues and ensuring effective resolution.
- Handle delivery enquires, product collections and freight quotes.
- Proactively manage customer backorders by coordinating with relevant departments and keeping customers updated.
- Process invoices accurately and handle credit requests.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous.
- Strong organisational abilities, with a proven ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Capable of working effectively under pressure and meeting deadlines.
