  • Efficient and timely processing of orders received via email.
  • Professionally manage customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations via phone and email, investigating issues and ensuring effective resolution.
  • Handle delivery enquires, product collections and freight quotes.
  • Proactively manage customer backorders by coordinating with relevant departments and keeping customers updated.
  • Process invoices accurately and handle credit requests.
Customer Service CoordinatorEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous.
  • Strong organisational abilities, with a proven ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Capable of working effectively under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • Valid driving license and access to a car.
