Your new companyIs a luxury retail company, currently embarking on an exciting expansion journey. Their commitment to excellence and creativity has positioned them at the forefront of the industry, and they are now looking to expand their D2C customer support team! Your new roleThe new team member will handle all aspects of customer service, including warranty claims, collections, returns, and refunds. You'll collaborate with the team to resolve all service queries, conduct warranty investigations, and provide detailed support in line with the company's guidelines. You'll be the go-to for customer queries via chat, phone, and email, ensuring SLAs are consistently met. Plus, you'll work closely with other departments for product enquiries and operational duties, playing a key role in team planning, training, and performance management. What you'll need to succeed

  • Graduate calibre, bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Goal-oriented, ambitious, and driven to progress.
  • Experience with Zendesk, Sage, and chatbots.
  • Analytical skills are a plus.
