As Customer Services Representative you are responsible to support effective supply chain management through customer order management. You will investigate and resolve queries, maintain customer master data and sales conditions to ensure high levels of customer service is met. You will communicate effectively both internally and externally to build relationships with customers and contribute to delivery of supply chain projects.

Description
Customer Service Representative, Reading.
- All areas of B2B Customer Service
- Order management of a portfolio of accounts from order receipt through to invoicing/dispatch
- Management of sales conditions in SAP based on input from sales: standard pricing and discounts for these customers;
- Offering customer service to both external customers and internal departments;
- Maintain relationship with sales teams to ensure orders are correct first time
- Investigating all enquiries received by telephone and email, including stock availability,
- delivery updates/problems, product information and pricing;
- Resolve telephone and email queries, including stock availability, delivery updates, product information;
- Resolve after-sales queries on pricing, refusals, short deliveries;
- Daily contact with Logistics Service Provider, customers and sales regarding customer
- deliveries.
- Maintaining a database of Customer Information
Profile
Customer Service Representative, Reading.
- You will ideally have worked with Engineers or with a technical product or technical parts/components
- Perfect job if you are stepping up, into you second or third career move, although applicants at all levels or stage in their career will be considered equally.
- Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills, clear communication skills, attention to detail
- Customer Service, preferably in a fast paced consumer market where you have been dealing with a physical product
- Good systems skills including good Excel (ideally VLookUps and Pivots) and SAP is preferable
- You will be available to work in the office 4 days a week.
You will already have the right to work full time in the UK sponsorship will not be possible.
Job Offer
Salary circa £25,000 to £30,000 plus excellent package and work environment.
Work from home 2 days a week after the 3 month probation.
