Location: In person – Slough based, with daily travel to meet with customers/clients

Salary: Between £24,000 - £30,000 - 100% Commission-Based only (Unlimited Earning Potential!)

What's the Role Like

As a Sales Rep, you'll be on the frontlines, engaging with clients face-to-face through residential D2D marketing and in-person meetings. Your day-to-day will include:

• Connecting with potential clients through D2D sales, public events, and direct interactions.
• Building long-lasting relationships while promoting top-tier products and services, as well as representing non-profit organisations.
• Achieving sales targets and helping brands grow by closing deals and finding new supporters.
• Representing us at key meetings, training sessions, and networking events (both locally and internationally).
• Traveling for upskilling, client meetings, and exciting supplier visits – all while expanding your knowledge and professional network!

Who Are We Looking For

We want someone who is ready to hit the ground running and bring their A-game! Here's what you need to thrive in this role:

• You must be 18+ years old (due to insurance policies).
• No visa sponsorships available and we do not accept those with Tier 4 Student Visas or Tier 2 Skilled Worker Visas – but Dependant Visas are welcomed!
• Experience in sales or marketing is a bonus, but not essential – just bring a passion for people and a willingness to learn.
• Commitment from 10am- 8pm for at least 4 days a week of your choice. Ideally 5 or 6 days a week, there is always more work available should you wish.
• A go-getter attitude, a high level of motivation, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Strong communication/ customer service skills and the ability to engage with all kinds of people.
• A drive to set and smash your own targets alongside working in a team.
