Sales Administrator
We are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join an organisation based in Reading. This is a super opportunity for someone who is keen to kick start their career in an office environment who is customer focused and an effective communicator.
Working hours Monday - Friday 9am -5pm and the role fully office based.
Sales Administrator duties include:
- Processing customer orders
- Booking couriers
- General administrative duties including answering the telephone.
- Keeping customers informed of their order progress whilst it is being manufactured
Sales Administrator required qualifications and skills:
- Strong customer service skills
- Administration experience is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Decisiveness, confidence, and flexibility to work with a diverse range of customers and colleagues
- Organised
- Professional
- Loyal
