Join our Maintenance Team as a Customer Service Works Planner. This role is crucial in supporting and working as part of an operational team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery and excellent customer care. The position is ideal for individuals with a background in customer service, preferably with call centre experience, who thrive in a dynamic, challenging environment.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide administration and customer service as part of a busy team in our Maintenance Office.
  • Responsible for handling repair enquiries and processing work requests from local authority tenants and internal customers.
  • Update and maintain database records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Produce documents and standard letters tailored to client needs.
  • Process work tickets for the in-house Housing Repairs and Maintenance Service.
  • Provide technical administration support across all areas of the team.
  • Work full-time office-based shifts from Monday to Friday, with hours of 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM and 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Must have customer service experience; call centre experience is preferred.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a challenging environment.
  • Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in maintaining and updating database records.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capable of producing accurate documents and standard letters.
  • Technical administration support experience is advantageous.
