We are looking for someone who has experience with compliance at a management level. The ideal candidate will understand current data privacy legislation and execute strategies to follow best practices. Responsibilities:

  • Advise on data privacy issues
  • Plan and execute data privacy strategies
  • Monitor implementation of data privacy compliance
  • Stay on top of data privacy legislation
  • Coordinate training on data privacy matters for all relevant individuals
  • Ensure the business follows best practice in the topic of data privacy
  • Assist in the investigation and implementation of solutions for complaints and privacy breaches
  • Prepare reports on data privacy compliance

Skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a compliance role
  • Experience in management
  • Excellent organisation
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proactive and shows initiative
  • Ability to deal with complaints calmly
  • Strong communication skills
