Job Title: Data Privacy Specialist
Type: Hybrid, Part-time (20 - 30 hours per week)
Salary: Circa 58,000 (full time equivalent)
Location: Reading
Responsibilities:
- Advise on data privacy issues
- Plan and execute data privacy strategies
- Monitor implementation of data privacy compliance
- Stay on top of data privacy legislation
- Coordinate training on data privacy matters for all relevant individuals
- Ensure the business follows best practice in the topic of data privacy
- Assist in the investigation and implementation of solutions for complaints and privacy breaches
- Prepare reports on data privacy compliance
Skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a compliance role
- Experience in management
- Excellent organisation
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proactive and shows initiative
- Ability to deal with complaints calmly
- Strong communication skills
