Excellent opportunity to work with our prestigious client. They are seeking some help during a busy period to manage the administration of volume purchase orders and create and update complex reports using Excel.

The role:

  • Processing purchase orders
  • Resolve purchase order and invoice queries quickly and efficiently
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly procurement reports
  • Produce excel based templates and process flow charts
  • Identify and highlight key areas for potential cost saving
  • Exporting, manipulating, and reviewing large quantities of data in excel
  • Support the wider team with answering calls and/or responding to email queries when demand requires

The person:

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with great attention to detail
  • Must be excel competent to an intermediate level and confident around spreadsheet creation and manipulation of data (including look ups and pivot tables)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to interact at various levels
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative roles
  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics D365 is desirable
