Your Role
As the lead teacher, you will:

Create Impactful Learning Experiences: Design and deliver tailored lesson plans that address individual learning needs and styles.

Support Diverse Needs: Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment for students with varying special needs.

Monitor Progress: Regularly assess and adapt teaching strategies to ensure every student achieves their goals.

Develop IEPs: Collaborate on Individual Education Plans, ensuring goals are realistic and met effectively.

Encourage Positive Behavior: Implement supportive strategies to manage and address behavioral challenges.

Engage Families: Build strong relationships with parents and caregivers, keeping them informed and involved.

Collaborate Holistically: Work with teaching assistants, therapists, and other specialists to deliver well-rounded support.

Essential Qualifications:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it.

A strong interest or experience in special needs education.

Strong organizational and classroom management skills.

Creativity and adaptability in delivering personalized learning experiences.

Desirable Expertise:

Previous experience in special needs education.

Familiarity with Autism, SEMH, and complex needs.

Knowledge of alternative communication methods and adaptive teaching tools.
