Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising students during lunchtime, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Managing the dining area, promoting good manners and a pleasant atmosphere.
- Assisting with the setup and cleanup of the dining area.
- Encouraging positive social interactions among students.
- Addressing any issues or conflicts that arise in a calm and effective manner.
- Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage groups of children effectively.
- Knowledge of health and safety practices.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
