Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)? We're looking for a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to support students across primary, secondary, and college levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to students with needs including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, Speech, Communication and Language Needs (SCLN), Down Syndrome, SEMH, and challenging behaviours.
Work 1:1 or in small groups to help students achieve their full potential.
Assist with personal care where required (optional).
Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to create an inclusive learning environment.

What We’re Looking For:

Candidates with a Psychology, CAMHS, or Care background are highly desirable.
Experience working with SEND students is preferred.
Team Teach, de-escalation strategies, or additional SEND-specific training is advantageous.
