Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)? We're looking for a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to support students across primary, secondary, and college levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to students with needs including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, Speech, Communication and Language Needs (SCLN), Down Syndrome, SEMH, and challenging behaviours.
  • Work 1:1 or in small groups to help students achieve their full potential.
  • Assist with personal care where required (optional).
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to create an inclusive learning environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Candidates with a Psychology, CAMHS, or Care background are highly desirable.
  • Experience working with SEND students is preferred.
  • Team Teach, de-escalation strategies, or additional SEND-specific training is advantageous.
