An amazing and friendly Special Needs School in Slough, are looking for a Teaching Assistant to make a significant impact in the lives of children with special needs. The supportive Senior Leadership Team are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to become part of our nurturing and supportive environment.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Assist teachers in the classroom to facilitate a supportive learning environment.
  • Supporting students primarily diagnosed with SEMH and Autism at primary age.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students, catering to their individual learning needs.
  • Contribute to creating a positive atmosphere within the school to enhance student well-being and learning.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to improve professional skills and teaching practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience working with children with special needs is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with staff and engage students.
  • A positive and proactive attitude, ready to take initiative in a dynamic educational setting.
