The Teaching Assistant - Mortimer, W. Berkshire requirements:
- Support students with ASC, SEMH needs, and challenging behaviour in both classroom and 1:1 settings.
- Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs).
- Create and encourage a positive and inclusive KS1/KS2 learning environment.
- Be able to adapt teaching styles, to suit the individual student. Essential when in 1:1 settings.
- Collaborate with the West Berkshire teachers, therapists, and other specialists to provide holistic support.
- Responsible to monitor and report on student progress and behaviour.
- Be a reliable member of the Teaching Assistant - Mortimer, W. Berkshire team to offer emotional and behavioural support to the Wasing students when required.

Schedule:
- Full time 08:30am - 3:30pm
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends (term time only)
Experience:
- SEN/SEMH: 1 year (preferred)
- UK based Teaching Assistant - Mortimer, W. Berkshire roles: 1 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
