Key Requirements - Theale:

  • Hold a Level 3 EYFS-related qualification and/or relevant experience working with Early Years children.

  • Work collaboratively as part of a supportive and forward-thinking team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate learning activities.
  • Support children on a 1:1 basis, in small groups, or with whole-class activities to enhance their learning and development.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment where every child can thrive.
  • Observe, assess, and record children's progress, sharing insights with teachers to inform planning.
  • Provide pastoral care, encouraging emotional, social, and personal development.
  • Support children with additional needs, adapting strategies to meet individual requirements.
