Are you an experienced Home Manager ready to take on a ne role? Our client is on the hunt for a dynamic General Manager to spearhead the opening and management of a brand-new care home in Reading. This state-of-the-art facility will provide a warm and welcoming environment for residents, offering exceptional residential, dementia, and respite care.

As a General Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Overseeing all aspects of the care home, including care standards, marketing, recruitment, and training.
  • Building strong relationships with the team and ensuring the facility remains in top condition and compliant with regulations.
  • Developing personalised care plans by recognising and assessing individual needs.
  • Managing budgets and expenditures while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate care, legal, and statutory records.
  • Marketing the care home to achieve occupancy targets, utilising various marketing channels.
