As a General Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Overseeing all aspects of the care home, including care standards, marketing, recruitment, and training.
- Building strong relationships with the team and ensuring the facility remains in top condition and compliant with regulations.
- Developing personalised care plans by recognising and assessing individual needs.
- Managing budgets and expenditures while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining accurate care, legal, and statutory records.
- Marketing the care home to achieve occupancy targets, utilising various marketing channels.

The ideal General Manager will have:
- At least two years of experience managing a care home for older people.
- Experience in opening a care home and a willingness to embrace the challenge.
- Strong sales and marketing skills to meet occupancy targets.
- A strong understanding of the Health and Social Care Act and CQC regulations.
