I have a fantastic opportunities to work for a large maintenance company working in the Reading, Berkshireworking at a corporate commercial office buildings on behalf of a large property management company. You will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance and general building maintenance tasks.
My client is looking for a Multi-skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer with experience in building services to work on a High profile corporate office based in Reading, Berkshire. This is ateam environmentleaving scope for the engineer to develop into a supervisor.
Hours
Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm
Requirements
- Apprentice Trained
- Electrical or Mechanical - City & Guilds Level 2 and 3 or Equivalent
- 17th Edition
- Client Facing
- Commercial Building Maintenance Experience
- Basic Salary of £40,000
- 24 Days Annual leave

- Career progression - would want the engineer to develop into supervisors and above.
- Electrical and Mechanical PPM's and Reactive maintenance
- General building services tasks
- Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, FCU's, AHU's, HVAC plant, Water treatment
- Landlord and Tenanted areas of a large blue chip companies and banks across a large estate
- Working as the single maintenance team member on site to deliver a great service to the client
