What They’re Looking For:

  • A minimum 2:1 degree (achieved or expected) in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • A master’s degree or relevant postgraduate qualification is highly desirable
  • Previous industry experience or a placement in a similar role is advantageous
  • Familiarity with CAD or similar modelling software is a plus
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills
  • The ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment while also working independently
  • Ambition, confidence, and a flexible, resilient attitude
