Technical Support Engineer (Solar)

Are you a Technical Support Engineer or similar from a solar background looking to be the go-to specialist in an office-based role offering fantastic optional overtime opportunities to drastically increase your earnings?

In this role you will be responsible for all things technical support across the company, including researching and adopting new technology to develop business efficiencies, making electrical schematics, assisting clients and employee's with any technical queries, and regular testing and monitoring.

Founded in 2010, this company works with clients to install a range of solar energy systems and EV charging solutions and is passionate about harnessing technology to develop the efficiency and sustainability of energy generation.

This office-based role would suit someone from a solar background wanting to utilise their industry expertise to streamline technical support within a growing solar energy and EV charging systems company.

The Role:

  • Providing technical support over the phone and in the office
  • Adopting new technology to develop company efficiencies
  • Making electrical schematics
  • Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, with optional overtime (up to 10 hours a week)
  • Fully office-based

  • Exposure to domestic solar projects
