Intermediate M&E Quantity Surveyor, Surrey
My client is an award winning and multispecialist Consultancywho require an intermediate levelM&E Quantity Surveyor tojoin the team on a permanent basis.
My client is well established and has a history of success, delivering large scale mechanical and electrical building services projectsacross the private and public sectors. This includes commercial, mixed-use. residential and higher education projects.
As an M&E Quantity Surveyor you will be the commercial lead on a current live project, helping to support the delivery to the client and ensure commercial success. You will manage the contractual terms of the sub-contractor supply chain and deal with any variations as they arise.
The successful M&E Quantity Surveyor will have experience working as in a similar capacity for a Mechanical & Electrical Contractor, working on project types ranging from 500k to 10m. They are seeking someone who has a minimum of 3-5 years experience and is seeking an opportunity to develop and progress to Senior QS and beyond.
Given the location of projects vary across theRegion, this position will be a split between working in office, on site and from home remotely.
