Are you an ambitious, results-driven professional with a passion for technology and recruitment? We are looking for a dynamic 360 IT Recruitment Consultant to join our thriving recruitment team.

As a 360 IT Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and placing top-tier IT talent while building long-term relationships with clients in the ever-evolving tech industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from identifying client needs to placing the perfect candidates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for a wide range of IT roles, including developers, network engineers, and cybersecurity experts.
Use innovative recruitment tools and methods to headhunt and attract the best IT talent.
Provide expert advice and consultative solutions to both clients and candidates.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a 360 recruitment consultant role, preferably in IT recruitment (but not essential).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with clients and candidates effectively.
A proactive, target-driven approach to recruitment with a passion for sales and relationship-building.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
A keen interest in IT and technology - if you understand the latest trends in the tech world, even better!
