- Manage Recruitment Campaigns: Oversee and manage both spot business and volume recruitment campaigns.
- Ad Response: Handle responses to recruitment advertisements efficiently and effectively.
- Passive Candidate Search: Utilise various sourcing methods to search for passive candidates and build a robust talent pipeline.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screenings of potential candidates, assessing their qualifications and suitability for the role.
- Interviewing and Assessment: Facilitate and conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.
- Candidate Shortlisting: Present shortlisted candidates to clients, providing detailed insights and recommendations.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Maintain constant communication with both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process, including the interview, offer, and onboarding stages.
- Identify Business Opportunities: Spot potential business opportunities and pass relevant information to the sales team.
- Previous experience in recruitment or a similar role is highly desirable.
