Delivery ConsultantPermanent position, 100% office-based role in Reading£27,000 per annum + Bonus/CommissionWe are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Delivery Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of recruitment campaigns, including both spot business and volume campaigns. This role requires full responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment process, from dealing with ad response and searching for passive candidates to screening, interviewing, and assessment. You will present shortlists to clients, liaise with both clients and candidates throughout the interview, offer, and onboarding process. You will need possess the gravitas to interact with all levels of stakeholders and can identify and pass future business opportunities to the sales team.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Recruitment Campaigns: Oversee and manage both spot business and volume recruitment campaigns.
  • Ad Response: Handle responses to recruitment advertisements efficiently and effectively.
  • Passive Candidate Search: Utilise various sourcing methods to search for passive candidates and build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screenings of potential candidates, assessing their qualifications and suitability for the role.
  • Interviewing and Assessment: Facilitate and conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.
  • Candidate Shortlisting: Present shortlisted candidates to clients, providing detailed insights and recommendations.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Maintain constant communication with both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process, including the interview, offer, and onboarding stages.
  • Identify Business Opportunities: Spot potential business opportunities and pass relevant information to the sales team.
What we need from you:
  • Previous experience in recruitment or a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proactive and resourceful with a keen eye for spotting business opportunities.
