Role Overview:

Working for a leading Talent Solutions Provider who specialise in connecting top talent with leading companies in the Manufacturing, Engineering, and Technology sectors we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Delivery Consultant to join their team and help source for the very best talent on the market. You will work within a highly experienced team whose unmatched determination ensures their clients and candidates needs and goals are at the forefront of every interaction.

Working alongside the Business Development Team you will be seeking to position yourself as a specialist in your sector with the goal of achieving recognition as an expert in your dedicated field and being self-sufficient in the recruitment delivery functions to both candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Business Development Consultants in client interactions and attend briefing calls to gain details of new vacancies.
  • Source, target and qualify top talent within the Manufacturing, Engineering, and Technology sectors.
  • Conduct thorough candidate interviews to assess suitability for roles and present qualified candidates to the client.
  • Manage the candidates recruitment journey from briefing them on the role and ensuring they are fully prepared for their interview.
  • Gain post-interview feedback and manage the offer process from resignation, potential counter-offers through to acceptance.
  • Gather references and leverage candidate interactions to gain recommendations/referrals and new leads to be passed across to the Business Development Team.
  • Source vacancy leads for the Business Development Team to convert to live roles.
  • Keep internal systems updated and utilise the data to evaluate statistical information relating to performance

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in recruitment or a target-driven, client-facing environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Half glass full mentality with a good sense of humour.

  • Competitive salary of up to £35,000 per annum plus monthly commission from 10 - 15%.
