We have a new opportunity for a TECHNICAL ADMINISTRATOR based with our Client on the Burghfield Site in Reading, Berkshire.
Candidates should already hold SC level security clearance in order to progress their application
This can be worked on a hybrid basis, remote working, with a fee visits to site when required.
The successful Candidate will provide technical administration support to the Aurora Engineering team as a primary focus, and across the Integro programme when possible.
KEY CCOUNTABILITIES
Report to the engineering manager on the task
Meeting and review scheduling
Document review co-ordination
Technical secretary recording and drafting of minutes
Issue document transmittals
Manage the Collaborative Working process and monitor its use and effectiveness
Own and maintain the document and review tracker matrix
Facilitate and coordinate the information reviews in line with corporate policies and procedures
Support management access to the systems used within the programme, such as SharePoint sites and libraries, -Teams sites and Meridian
Clearly report progress and issues as required by the Engineering Team management.
