Salary / Benefits £24k- £38k + Training + BenefitsWe are working with a longstanding client of ours who is a leading provider of Water Treatment / Water Hygiene management services across the UK. Due to continued success, they are now seeking to take on a Water Treatment Engineer to cover Commercial, Industrial, and Educational sites in the South East region. You will be working in line with ACoP L8 guidelines to carry out closed system sampling, analysis, and dosing, and cleans and disinfections on hot and cold water systems, steam boilers and cooling towers. Due to the nature of the company and the role, our client would consider candidates with a more technical water treatment background as well as someone with a water hygiene bias who are looking to train into technical water systems and processes. Candidates will have good access to the M25 / M4 and surrounding areas: Windsor, Slough, Woking, Bracknell, Guildford, High Wycombe, Abington, Oxford, Hemel Hempstead, Aylesbury, Luton, Newbury, Swindon, Didcot, Wantage. Experience & Qualifications: " Experience working hands on for a reputable Water Treatment / Water Hygiene company, working as a Water Treatment Engineer / Water Hygiene Engineer. " Extensive knowledge of ACoP L8 guidelines. " Extensive experience and knowledge of closed systems, and cooling towers would be beneficial to the role. " Excellent communication and time management skills.The Role:" Covering Commercial, Industrial and Educational sites, carrying out water treatment services in line with ACoP L8 guidelines. " Cleans and disinfections on hot and cold-water systems, steam boilers and cooling towers. " Closed system sampling and analysis. " Dosing closed systems with inhibitors." Undertaking cooling tower cleans and disinfections. " TMV servicing, repairs, and replacements. " Showerhead descales. " Installing new and maintaining existing dosing systems.
