This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding team of energy consultants and building regulation specialists on a variety of residential projects across the South East. You'll be provided with the opportunity to lead teams and take on business development responsibilities - an excellent next step in your career.
The Sustainability Consultant selected will be liaising with clients for new and existing businesses, carrying out SAP Assessments, managing a team, carrying out thermal modelling and overheating calculations, report writing and providing guidance for projects.

As a result, to be considered for the Sustainability Consultant role you must:
- Have a relevant degree in a built environment/sustainability related subject.
- Be an experienced sustainability consultant, ideally having lead a team.
- Have experience carrying out LEED, Ska, BREEAM and/or WELL Building Standard assessments.
- Have familiarity with OneClick LCA software and (ideally) IES VE.
- Have a good knowledge of UK environmental and sustainability legislation.
- Live commutable to Reading.
