You will be working for one of the UK's leading telecommunications companies within what they call their Mobile Squad - they need someone who understands mobile networks and data - i.e. where it comes from, what to report on and can understand data capabilities and what options there are when stakeholders come to them with queries They are looking for someone who understands how KPI's work in Core Networks - how to report on them and deep dive into them. Someone who has worked with Radio and Core Network KPI's and has good mobile domain data and network knowledge. We need someone who has experience of working with radio network counters and the KPIs and can translate non-technical requests and understand what it is they need to access in order to get the data. It will be your responsibility to capture requirements, create the solution, plan, resource and deliver the workstream. Candidates must have proven experience in an Agile environment, with a strong focus on Analytics, Data, and Mobile technologies, within the Telecommunications sector. Within this, a strong understanding of process mapping, requirements gathering, and user story creation, with an emphasis on analytics and data flows. An ideal candidate would have Radio Optimisation experience and maybe some packet core teams knowledge. If you also have knowledge of radio demand planning that would be very helpful. In interview you would need to be able to confidently explain how mobile radio networks work!Only candidates that have evidenced the required experience on their CV's can expect a response.
