They offer flexible working and hybrid working with expectations to go into the offices as needed likely 1-2 times per week. As a junior member of the team it would beneficial to be local to the office in order to work from the office a little more for support and training.
THE ROLE
Due to continued success this thriving events agency are now looking for a Project Assistant to join their talented team. You will provide support in the end to end management of projects, delivering on smaller projects as you gain experience and confidence.Â
This is a fast-paced agency where you will work across a wide range of events on an international basis therefore international travel may also be required.
As a Project Assistant your key responsibilities will include;
- Assist Project Managers with end to end delivery
- Working across a range of live, hybrid and virtual events
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Liaising with clients, delegates and suppliers
- Developing websites and apps using Cvent
- Venue sourcing and delegate management
- Prepping for onsite events
- Working to deadlines and project timelines
- Developing financial management skills
- Working across a range of IT systems including Cvent
- Preparing post event reports and debriefs
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this role we are looking for candidates with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. You will have 1-2 years experience in corporate events management and be able to work autonomously and take responsibility. You will be extremely organised with excellent attention to detail with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
