THE ROLE

They are now on the lookout for a passionate and self-motivated Event Registration Executive to be responsible for supporting the registration process, platforms, reporting and onsite execution for upcoming events.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing data on both the CRM system and registration platform
  • Managing attendee information within our registration platform
  • Supporting the wider team with any registration queries
  • Managing guest communications maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Proactively produce registration reports both pre and post event
  • Producing timely post-event feedback surveys for guests
  • Producing timely post-event qualitative analysis of guest data including guest survey results

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will experience of managing event registration platforms and a working knowledge of database management. You will have the ability to multitask to deadline, be highly detail oriented and manage your time appropriately.

The role is full time, 6-month contract position.
