We are working with a fantastic agency who are recruiting for an Event Coordinator to join their team! 

The Company

This awesome events agency manages and deliver events for an array of clients across the globe and are passionate about event planning. From venue finding to full event management, this agency has it all covered. You will be working on some truly exceptional events that include incentives, conferences, seminars, workshops, team-building activities and more for clients in a variety of sectors such as Tech. 

This close-knit team are expanding and now is a really exciting time to come on board.

The Role

We are seeking a motivated and organised Project Manager to join this dynamic team and play a key role in planning and executing successful corporate events. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for creating memorable and impactful events that align with the company's objectives.

The role will include the following duties: 

-    Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of corporate events

-    Develop event concepts, and create event timelines

-    Research and recommend suitable event venues, vendors, and suppliers

-    Negotiating contracts and managing relationships 

-    Coordinate event logistics such as catering and audio-visual equipment

-    Booking transportation accommodations

-    Support the creation and distribution of event invitation

-    Assist with the setup and breakdown of event spaces

-    Maintain event budgets and track expenses

-    Provide on-site event support

-    Compile post-event feedback 

-    Conduct evaluations to identify areas for improvement 

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an events environment and have involvement of the end-to-end process of delivering an event. You will have strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
