We are working with a fantastic agency who are recruiting for n Senior Event Project Manager聽to join their team!聽

From venue finding to full event management, this agency has it all covered. You will be working on some truly exceptional events that include incentives, conferences, seminars, workshops, team-building activities and more for clients in a variety of sectors such as Tech.聽

The Role

We are seeking a motivated and organised Senior Event Project Manager to join this dynamic team and play a key role in planning and executing successful corporate events. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for creating memorable and impactful events that align with the company's objectives.

The role will include the following duties:聽

-聽 聽 Develop event concepts, and create event timelines

-聽聽 聽Research and recommend suitable event venues, vendors, and suppliers

-聽聽 聽Negotiating contracts and managing relationships聽

-聽 聽 Manage event logistics such as catering and audio-visual equipment

-聽聽 聽Booking transportation accommodations

-聽聽 聽Support the creation and distribution of event invitation

-聽 聽 Set-up聽and breakdown of event spaces

-聽聽 聽Maintain event budgets and track expenses

-聽聽 聽Provide on-site event support

-聽聽 聽Compile post-event feedback聽

-聽聽 聽Conduct evaluations to identify areas for improvement聽

The Candidate

The ideal candidate聽 MUST have experience working in an event agency environment and have involvement of the end-to-end process of delivering an event.聽 You will have strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
