We are currently partnering with a fantastic property company who are looking to hire their next Executive Assistantwho will help support the Founder/CEO.

Our client is a fast-growing property company who have just moved into a new office based just outside Reading, the industry is booming at the moment and due to continued growth, they are looking for their next new hire.

No need for experience in property, just confident assistance skills and a will to learn.

To be successful in this role, you will be highly organised with excellent time management and multitasking skills. You will have a proven track record in providing assistance to senior management and be confident in your ability to show initiative in handling a fast-paced and demanding workload. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be dealing with clients and colleagues at all levels.

The role requires a high level of discretion and trustworthiness as well as adaptability and a willingness to embrace and lead change. A keen attention to detail is vital, ensuring accuracy in scheduling meeting and helping the Founder/CEO manage his workload.

Typical Duties

  • Managing emails and diary
  • Booking, planning and coordinating UK and overseas travel
  • Working closely day to day with the Founder/CEO
  • Working in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have a professional approach
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Founder/CEO
  • Managing and organising schedules, meetings, and appointments
  • Communicating with clients at all levels
  • Problem-solving by identifying issues and recommending solutions based on analysis and past experience
  • Managing sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
