Key Responsibilities:
- Diary & Calendar Management: Provide extensive diary management and admin support, ensuring efficient use of time for the GM and Leadership Team.
- Corporate Communication: Draft and distribute internal newsletters, manage the internal communication channels, and coordinate corporate LinkedIn activities.
- Meeting Coordination: Organise meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, follow up on actions, and coordinate team events.
- Document & Presentation Preparation: Create, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations for the Leadership Team.
- Travel Management: Arrange regional and international travel and accommodation, creating detailed itineraries for the SLT.
- Sustainability: Advocate for the company's Green Mission, participate in sustainability projects, and report as needed.
- Office Operations: Oversee general office operations, including supplies, vendors, and office equipment.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong internal and external relationships to benefit the business and teams you support.
- Expense & Budget Management: Handle expense management and PO budgets, ensuring accuracy.
- Social Initiatives: Plan and execute social initiatives with the support of the HR function.
- General Administration: Provide general office support including IT requests, catering, stationery, and filing.
