My client, based in Reading, are seeking an Administration Manager/Personal Assistant to join their dynamic team. This role is varied and requires a self-motivated and disciplined individual who can manage business administration tasks, supervise the administration team, and provide support to the partners and departmental heads.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Provide PA support to the partners.
  • Manage client onboarding and KYC procedures.
  • Administer the database.
  • Handle HMRC and Companies House filing gateway tasks.
  • Support the HR team with administration when required.
  • Assist the Marketing team in marketing campaigns and events when required.
  • Coordinate IT support and facilities management when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in accountancy or other professional services business.
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
  • Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills.
  • Client-facing manner.
  • Proficiency with MS Office software and experience with database management systems.
  • Excellent written presentation skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
