Executive Assistant to Director

Job Title: Personality Assistant.

Job Type: Permanent part Time

Hours of Work: 10am - 14:30pm 20 hours per week

Location: Woodley / Reading

Pay: £19,000 -£20,000

My client, a property rental business are currently seeking a part time personal assistant to assist with their day-to-day admin tasks, bookings and correspondence. I am seeking a trustworthy candidate with an abundance of experience preferably in property and estate. With a flexible working pattern and the opportunity to grow within the business and take on more responsibility, the successful candidate will be working closely with one of the owners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with legislation.
  • Handle correspondence and write letters.
  • Conduct property inspections every 3-6 months.
  • Assist with admin, filing, and compliance of rental properties.
  • Manage 24 properties within a 15-minute radius.
  • Price properties and manage new tenant move-ins.
  • Conduct annual property checks (fire alarms, gas checks, etc.).
  • Book maintenance services (e.g., gardeners, window cleaners).
  • Meet with Rammi once a week.
  • Over time, the role can expand to full charge of the company.
