Sheridan Maine are delighted to be working with a leading service provider business, based near Reading, who are seeking a Finance Analyst to join their UK finance team on a permanent basis.The day to day responsibilities of the Finance Analyst will include:
  • Analyse and manipulate large scale financial data
  • Identify and resolve data anomalies from multiple sources
  • Create testing scenarios to ensure the accuracy of data
  • Ensure documentation is up to date and correct
  • Analyse processes to suggest and improve current procedures to enhance revenue
  • Liaising with internal departments to streamline processes
  • Undertake regular audits of financial data
To be considered for the role, the following skills and experience are required:
  • Qualified Accountant- ACCA / CIMA / ACA
  • Strong analysis skills and experience handling complex data sets
  • Advanced level Excel 
  • A passion for numbers and problem solving
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
