£60,000 - £65,000 plus bonus & benefits

As a Group FP&A Analyst, you will play a critical role in delivering accurate and insightful financial information to key stakeholders, including senior management, Exco, and the board. You'll be at the heart of financial planning, reporting, and strategic initiatives while contributing to continuous process improvements.

To successfully deliver in the profile position, you will need to meet the following criteria:

  • Degree-educated and ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent experience).
  • Expertise in Excel, Power Query, and Power BI.
  • Proven experience in finance business partnering, ideally in a high-growth or software/SaaS environment.
  • Strong financial modelling and data analytics skills
  • Comfortable challenging current processes and recommending improvements.

  • Produce high-quality monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packs for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and enhance the Group Financial Model, ensuring accurate consolidated P&Ls and budgets.
  • Partner with operational and back-office teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
  • Lead the M&A integration process, aligning new acquisitions with group reporting standards.
  • Develop and manage financial dashboards and models using tools like Power BI and Excel Power Query.
  • Collaborate on key projects, including group bonus modelling, scenario analysis, and reporting alignment.
  • Respond to investor and lender queries with well-prepared data and analysis.
  • Oversee the annual budget and 5-year planning process, coordinating input across teams.
