We are exclusively engaged with a high growth, international technology business to secure their first FP&A hire, reporting directly to the CFO.
This business is on a huge growth curve and have just received significant external investment to drive further growth in revenues and EBITDA. They are a leading IT consulting and automation business with an international presence who deploy cutting edge technology to a blue chip customer base.
This is their first FP&A hire so there is huge scope to develop the FP&A function and brilliant career growth opportunities. With revenues planned to double over the next 3 years there is a real path to an FP&A leadership role for the right person.
The Role
The successful FP&A Analyst will manage the following:
- Sales & margins analysis
- Order book & pipeline reporting
- Headcount analysis
- Staff utilisation & capacity planning
- Business line & customer profitability
- Support the Finance Manager in accurate monthly revenue recognition, liaising with PMO function
- Design and build modelling for business forecasting and decision making
- Liaise with PMO to manage timely & accurate data models, coding and integrations to financial systems
- Support compilation of Management accounts, budgets & forecasts
- Own continuous improvement in management information flows & data modelling
- Suggest business, sales & cost coding to support required reporting
- Occasionally act as business partner to PMO, Business Development, Marketing functions & Practice Management.
Your Profile
We are looking for a well-educated ACCA/CIMA/ACA studier who is looking to take the next step in a FP&A and partnering focused role.
Someone with a minimum of 2 years prior experience as a financial analyst, FP&A analyst, management accountant, finance business partner or generally within an FP&A/management accounting function would be ideally suited to this opportunity.
We need someone ambitious who enjoys working with data and has a commercial mindset, allied to the people skills to add value to a variety of stakeholders.

£47,000 - £52,000 + benefits, full study support is also available. This role is offered on a hybrid basis 2-3 days per week in office.
