Orka Financial is currently working with a business in Reading that is looking to recruit a Junior Finance Analyst to provide financial and commercial support to the UK business. The role contributes to the production of the monthly management accounts and has involvement with budgeting and forecasting.The JUnior Finance Analyst role would suit an AAT/ACCA or CIMA studier who has some exposure to management accounting and is confident in an analyst position.Excellent benefits package, including full study support and a flexible working week.Duties include;

  • Supporting with the budgets and forecasts, working closely with the UK commercial team
  • Assisting with the monthly reporting pack
  • Support the process to ensure cash-flow is reviewed and maintained
  • Work with the budget holders to identify risks
  • Involved in the production of monthly management accounts
  • Variance analysis
  • Providing budget information to budget holders
  • Ensuring invoices are prepared in a timely manner
  • Assisting with year end

  • Confident managing the reporting of projects
  • Strong problem skills
  • Intermediate Excel - V-lookup's - Pivot tables
