  • Audit Resolution: Identify and resolve key audit matters and contentious items, collaborating with clients, senior team members, and the national technical team.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Brief and oversee staff on assignments, providing on-the-job training and mentorship.
  • Client Engagement: Attend and present at client audit committee and board meetings.
  • Business Development: Assist with business development opportunities, including scoping and pitching.
  • Networking: Attend and participate in networking events..

Requirements:As an Audit Manager, the key requirements are: -

  • ACA or ACCA qualified or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in assurance-related tasks within a professional services firm, ideally at Manager grade.
  • Strong client handling and high-quality assurance delivery experience.
  • Experience with analytical review approaches is desirable.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
