Robert Walters is delighted to have partnered with one of the UK's prestigious Top 10 accountancy firms based in the heart of Reading to find a Corporate Finance Manager. We are looking for a hands-on, commercial, and ambitious individual to join and grow within the business.

You will be responsible for:

  • Originating deals on both the purchase and sell sides for UK and global corporations in various industries.
  • Make a direct impact in a Partner-led team, gaining experience with a variety of clients, transaction structures, and business development initiatives in an innovative positive environment.
  • Valuations and Modelling.

Requirements

  • ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and advisory Skills.
  • Demonstrate relevant transaction experience and a strong technical background.
  • Proactive and hands-on Approach.
