Key Details:Job: Finance Business Partner Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 (Hybrid role)Location: Reading
About the Role:In this pivotal role, you will be involved in important commercial decision making, the role will report directly to the Head of FP&A and you will be working alongside a business analysts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business partnering with key stakeholders to understand & develop their KPI reporting requirements both ad-hoc and on-going
- Business partnering with key stakeholders, supporting them in converting complex data into meaningful actions
- Support the Head of FP&A in understanding & interpreting the data into meaningful narrative
- Support with modelling for the annual budgeting process & adhoc projects.
You will need the following skills:
- ACCA/ACA/CIMA or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in a similar role
- High attention to detail & a problem solving mindset
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex/detailed concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Advanced excel modelling skills
