We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity within the finance department of a well-established and rapidly growing tech business in Reading.

Key Details:Job: Finance Business Partner Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 (Hybrid role)Location: Reading

About the Role:In this pivotal role, you will be involved in important commercial decision making, the role will report directly to the Head of FP&A and you will be working alongside a business analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business partnering with key stakeholders to understand & develop their KPI reporting requirements both ad-hoc and on-going
  • Business partnering with key stakeholders, supporting them in converting complex data into meaningful actions
  • Support the Head of FP&A in understanding & interpreting the data into meaningful narrative
  • Support with modelling for the annual budgeting process & adhoc projects.

You will need the following skills:

  • ACCA/ACA/CIMA or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • High attention to detail & a problem solving mindset
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex/detailed concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Advanced excel modelling skills
